For the 9th time, the ochre city will host one of the biggest humorous festivals in the French-speaking world, Le Marrakech Du Rire or MDR for initiates….
This eighth edition will take place from 12 to 16 June 2019 and will bring together, as every year, a plethora of renowned artists, comedians, singers and dancers.
Among them, HUMOURAJ, on June 12 and Malik Bentalha, on June 13 in his second One Man Show: "Encore".
The young comedian Jalil Tijani, Marion Mezadorian, Booder who returns to his first love, the one-man show, for our greatest pleasure.
This year again, the festival will offer a trip to the heart of African humour with Le Gala Afrika. The Ivorian comedian Amoutati will be surrounded by many African artists to pay a humorous tribute to sub-Saharan Africa with a show combining song and dance… This year's Afrika Gala will focus on the proverbs of the various countries.
Finally, the grand gala presented by the godfather and founder of the event, Jamel Debbouze and his many friends, will bring the 9th edition of a highly anticipated festival to a brilliant close each year
