The Restaurant des Jardins de la Medina is pleased to present its new menu.

Moroccan cuisine, its seasonal products, its spices, its colors, its smells and its thousand flavors continue to form the identity of the menu. Here, the tastes, textures and assortments of products give pride of place to the mixture of cultures. Moroccan dishes subtly “internationalized” and also an international cuisine finely “Moroccanized”, such is the identity of the table of the Gardens of the Medina.

For summer, the key word is freshness and lightness.

If the “signature dishes”, such as the famous couscous of the sea or the excellent tempura of gambas remain on the menu, some classics of the place are again presented. You will appreciate the eggplant caviar or a delicious pastilla in our way…

This summer, the new menu offers a rack of lamb in a crust of Atlas herbs, which it would be crazy not to try, but also a carrot soup, a veal fondant or a sardine ceviche, to be enjoyed in the shade of the palm trees.

A “petite faim” menu for the deckchair and the pool as well as a vegetarian menu complete the proposal.

The large and beautiful room of the restaurant of the Gardens of the Medina opens on the vast patio of the riad and gives access to the magnificent terrace. You will have dinner or lunch under the trees or by the pool, for an intimate or romantic moment. Welcome to the riad!
