It has been carefully checked by our housekeeper and has been presented to you in detail by our reception team for your comfort and tranquility. If during your stay, you notice any dysfunction, please advise the Reception desk.

Keys
Please make sure to lock your door when you leave your room and to leave your key at the reception desk.
Air condition
During periods of high heat, the air conditioning in the rooms are under great demand. Inappropriate use can damage mechanisms and interrupt their functioning.
Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. You can contact Reception on 9 so that a porter can immediately collect your luggage. It is possible to delay the departure time of your room until 6pm depending on availability for an additional fee.

2 tassels are hanging on the handle of the wardrobe; by hanging them on the outside of your bedroom door, the green colour indicates to the maid to "clean" and red to "do not disturb".

The safe
A safe is available free of charge in your room for your personal belongings.
Closing the safe:
• Press on the button RESET.
• Compose your personal code of 4 digits then press at «LOCK» to save it.
• - If you forget the code, the technical service will open it at your presence.
The safe opening:

In order to comply with hygiene measures, the minibar has been completely emptied. You can order drinks from the bar at 220 or 212

A basket and hat are available to use during your stay.

Your pillow perfume, the perfumed oil, the orange blossom shower gel or the spa products should be ordered the day before your departure (bottles & products), We will provide a protecting wrapping.
Moroccan pastry
You can order the moroccan pastries, selection of spices, authentic argan oil, which will be carefully wrapped.

A bag is provided for this effect and a form with the price list is at your disposal in your wardrobe. Please inform the reception before 10am about the laundry in your room.
The laundry given to the maid before 10am will be returned the next day from 4pm.
Express service during the day is possible with a 50% supplement

Swimming pool towels
Free pool towels are available around the swimming pool every day. Please do not use the towels & bath towels.
Swimming sun beds
For the comfort of all our guests, please do not reserve the deckchairs with personal belongings if you are not at the swimming pool.

The menu is particularly varied, inspired by local and foreign cuisines, depending on the season.
In order to serve you better, we advise you to reserve your table before noon. Please let us know if you have any allergies or if you are on a special diet. You can also tell us if you would like to enjoy a particular plate, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
Room service
Breakfast: possible every morning from 7.30 am. Please fill in the form hanging on the inside handle of your room door and hang it on the outside of your room door before 2am.
Lunch or dinner served in your room. Please check our menu and call 220 or 9.
On the 2nd floor with a panoramic terrace, open every day from 10am to 8pm. We can open the SPA earlier or later on request.
The "well-being area" proposes treatments in the pure oriental tradition, massages with argan oil, facials with fruity aromas and other sensory wonders. Our treatment products are originally from Morocco, certified in conformity with European standards.
A barbershop is available for men every day upon reservation.
Fitness area is free of charge and is located in the open air, under the trees, in the garden.
Located at the end of the garden. Here you will find books, magazines and newspapers. A TV set is at your disposal. There is unlimited free wifi access.
• Small pets (dogs and cats) are accepted but subject to conditions.
• External service providers (taxi, guide, doctor...) are carefully chosen. However, the hotel management declines all responsibility in case of incident or dissatisfaction. These service providers have no connection with the hotel.
• It is not allowed to consume inside the hotel any food or drinks purchased outside.
